All sales of artificial turf rolls are final. Once the product has been cut and prepared for delivery, shipping, or pickup, it is nonrefundable. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selection and measurements are correct before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct Will-Call Pickup terminal during the ordering process. It is imperative to verify the accuracy of your selection. Any rerouting of shipping or changes to the delivery terminal after the order has been processed will be at the customer’s expense.
